*FAITH NUGGETS*  (*DAILY DEVOTIONAL*) *SAVED THROUGH WATER* *It is your time to celebrate, enjoy* *Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God*. *John.3.5* Today i want us to take another look at water in the economy of salvation, the people of God were held in bondage in Egypt for four hundred and thirty years because of the errors of their fathers(the sins of their fathers) though they were supposed to be in exile for only four hundred years but the devil added to them extra thirty years until a day came and God rose to save his people. Permit me to state it here that the whole idea of been born again is the sole intention of God which is born out of his love for us to save us from sin and the consequences of sin, the bible made us o understand that all of us have sinned and have fallen short of the glory of God and for th...

*FAITH NUGGETS*  (*DAILY DEVOTIONAL*) *SAVED THROUGH WATER* *Keep going higher, you are unstoppable* *Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God*. *John.3.5* Jesus was very specific here about water and the spirit so we are going to try our best to see why He choose to use water or why he said that it must be water. Let me start by saying that from creation that water has been playing a very significant role in the economy of salvation and we are going to see quite a few of them. When man fell out of grace immediately after creation we were made to understand that God regretted creating man and decided to end everything to have His rest but being a just God He could not deal with righteous what was meant for the disobedient ones so he decided to make a separation between the good and the bad by using water. He ...

*FAITH NUGGETS*  (*DAILY DEVOTIONAL*) *HE DOES NOT NEED US BUT WE NEED HIM* *Provision is overtaking your need* *Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God*. *John.3.5* Let me put on record here or let me start today by saying that God saying that we should be born again is not to his advantage but for our own good and that God saying that we should be born again is a desire of a loving father to welcome his estranged son into his blossom one more time. Again God wanting to be our father again after we have all gone astray is a privilege and not a right and that God does not own us anything but we own God everything to proof to us that God is interested in us being called his son Jesus taught us to always call God our father whenever we want to pray. *In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be ...

*FAITH NUGGETS*  (*DAILY DEVOTIONAL*) *YOU NEED THE SPIRIT* *Spirit of favour is upon you* *Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God*. *John.3.5*  We said previously that life always pass through water and we said that since man came through water that man must be born again through water hence the bible told us to be born again by water and by the spirit. Water and spirit always walk hand in hand. Throughout the nine months of man's stay in the womb he was surrounded by water because let us take a look at water and the spirit and how it affects man, we are told that immediately God started creation that the darkness came to interrupt it and all of a sudden the spirit of God hovered over to destroy the darkness and there was water. *The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. ...

*LET US PRAY* *(PRAYER FOR THE WEEK)*. *UNBELIEVABLE TURNAROUND*.. *The sick man answered Him, "Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up; but while I am coming, another steps down before me*."  *John.5.7*  All the glory must be to the Lord,, 🎵 🎵 🎵 🎶 🎶 🎶 for He is worthy of our praise 🎵 🎵 🎵 🎶 🎶 🎶, no man on earth should give glory to himself 🎵 🎵 🎵 🎶 🎶 🎶 , All the glory must be to the Lord,,🎵 🎵 🎵 🎶 🎶 🎶 Indeed we would have given you more than all the glory and honour if we were to have anything more than that and so Lord we give you all the glory, praise honour and adoration both now and forever and ever. Beloved i pray for you and with you that in this first week of this glorious month that the Lord will send you angelic helpers that will not just turn your destiny around for good but that will take you out of where you are right now to where you never expecte...

*FAITH NUGGETS*  (*DAILY DEVOTIONAL*) *HOW?* *Continue to enjoy showers of blessing* *Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God*. *John.3.5*  Thank God for the wisdom and humility of Mr Nicodemus, he knew that the best time to have qualities with Jesus was in the night and so he went in the night and took his time to ask questions that will better his life and give him a better understanding about what he has found out. Having told him that he must be born again Mr Nicodemus did not begin to question Jesus like a Pharisees looking for what to use to discredit the person of Jesus but went ahead to ask him about the "how" because with man it seems very impossible.amd Jesus had to tell him how he needs to go about it. In mathematics there is what is called the "Almighty formula" when it comes ...

*LET US PRAY* *(PRAYER FOR THE MONTH)*. *AUGUST VISITOR* (.*CONGRATULATIONS AND HAPPY NEW MONTH BELOVED*) *A GENTLE REMINDER* *Do you need a touch from on high? Get in touch with God tomorrow. Your seat is waiting* *He lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, three men stood at a little distance from him. He ran from the tent door to meet them and bowed himself to the ground*  *Gen.18.2*  We give you all the glory, 🎵 🎵 🎶 we give you all the honour 🎵 🎵 🎶, we give you all the glory🎵 🎵 🎶 , we give you honour 🎵 🎵 🎶 Indeed we would have given you more than all the glory and honour if we were to have anything more than that and so Lord we give you all the glory, praise honour and adoration both now and forever and ever by the power in the name of Jesus. Beloved, as i congratulate you and thank God with you for you and for making it o this month i pray for you and with you that in this mo...

*LET US PRAY* *(THANKSGIVING FOR THE MONTH)*. *JEHOVAH THE DOER*. *He asked life from You, and You gave it to him Length of days forever and ever*. *Ps 21:4*. We are grateful oh Lord 🎵🎵🎶🎶🎶, we are grateful oh Lord our God, for all you have done for us,🎵🎵, 🎶🎶🎶, we are grateful 🎵🎵, 🎶🎶🎶, we are grateful oh Lord. Indeed we are not great fools to forget all that you have done for us Lord. We are indeed very grateful. Beloved i congratulate you and thank God for you and with you for making it to the end of this month and i pray for you that as you have come to the end of this month that the good Lord will make you to begin to harvest your expectations by the power in the name of Jesus. AS it has pleased the Lord to give us the assignment of counting our blessings and we have been counting without knowing when it will end because it will end in eternity may your name Lord be glorified for this wonderfu...

*FAITH NUGGETS*  (*DAILY DEVOTIONAL*) *YOU WERE ADOPTED NOT ABDUCTED* *The hand of God is touching you for good now* *Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born*?” *Jn 3:3-4* Remember that we talked about been born as a process of bringing about a new birth or a new life and we also said that it does not in anyway mean that the life we had before then has expired but that we needed to start afresh because the life we had has been tampered with sin and God is interested in restoring us by giving us a new life. Let me put it this way so that you can understand what we mean by being born again anytime we talk about being born again. The original plan of God is to give man life through man through the process...

*FAITH NUGGETS*  (*DAILY DEVOTIONAL*) *YOU TOO CAN BE BORN AGAIN* *Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born*?” *Jn 3:3-4* When we talk about being born again we are actually saying that we have to surrender to God to give us his kind of life, the kind of life that He our God wants us to live, that kind of live that pleases Him and the kind of life that gives us a new identity, this kind of life may not change our physical outlook but it changes our being. When talk about been born again we are saying that something tampered with our original state and that it needs o be corrected and that the only way it can be done correctly is to allow God the giver of life to correct it because it takes only the manufacturer of a...

*FAITH NUGGETS*  (*DAILY DEVOTIONAL*) *DESIRE IT, GOD WILL BRING IT TO PASS* *Keep being a goal getter* *Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born*?” *Jn 3:3-4* Bro Paul speaking to the Ephesians church told them that God can do abundantly above all that we can ever think of or imagine meaning that even our thoughts can never be hidden from God and that is exactly what happened between Jesus and Mr Nicodemus. Mr Nicodemus came to Jesus to see whether what they found out about Jesus whether it is real or they were deceived by their findings. Mr Nicodemus tried to move from theory to practical because it is the way to learn because if your mind can carry it your hand will have it, yes, just take a look at ...

*LET US PRAY* *(PRAYER FOR THE WEEK)*. *YOUR SEASON OF FLOURISHING HAS COME* *The [uncompromisingly] righteous shall flourish like the palm tree [be long-lived, stately, upright, useful, and fruitful]; they shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon [majestic, stable, durable, and incorruptible]*.  *Ps.92.12(AMP)* What a mighty God we serve 🎵 🎵 🎶 🎶 what a mighty God we serve 🎵 🎵 🎶 heaven and earth adore Him, Angels bow before Him 🎵 🎵 🎶 what a mighty God we serve. Indeed what a great God we serve. The father of fathers and the greatest provider of all in need to Him alone be all the glory both now and forever by the power in the name of Jesus. I will like to start my prayer today by prophesying upon the life of somebody with an Amen that your season of flourishing is now by the power in the name of Jesus from now and going forward that the God of glory will cause you to flourish like the palm tree, you will flourish o...

*FAITH NUGGETS*  (*DAILY DEVOTIONAL*) *DESIRE IT, GOD WILL BRING IT TO PASS* *You are the next to be announced by heaven* *Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born*?” *Jn 3:3-4* Jesus speaking to Mr Nicodemus told him that unless a man be born again that he cannot see the kingdom of God. Before we proceed to take a look at what it means to be born again let us take a look at what Jesus told Mr Nicodemus “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”  Now let's take a look t the response of Jesus to Mr Nicodemus quest, Mr Nicodemus came to Jesus and called him Rabbi and told him that he and his colleagues have investigated him and that they have found out...

*FAITH NUGGETS*  (*DAILY DEVOTIONAL*) *ARE YOU A MAN* *You are a terror to the kingdom of darkness* *GENTLE REMINDER tomorrow is Sunday so be in His presence for His present* *Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born*?” *Jn 3:3-4* The law in which Mr Nicodemus was a teacher and am authority speaks of religion and multiple rules which births living in the bondage of fear but Jesus gives a message of hope and freedom. A massage of salvation to all without discrimination and one of the ways to get that salvation is by been born again. Mr Nicodemus saw what his ministry and religiosity and theology could not produce because Jesus did not come to give rules but life, he did not come to establish...

*FAITH NUGGETS*  (*DAILY DEVOTIONAL*) *ARE YOU A MAN* *Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born*?” *Jn 3:3-4* Come to think of it how can a man be born again? Don't you think that it will be better for a child to be born again than for a man o be born again? A grown man which womb can he enter and how and which kind of womb can contain him and why will he need o be born again? Is it that his original birth has expired? Let me take our attention back to Genesis when God created man. We were told that male and female He created them but his original intention was for Him to create a man and a woman but He ended up in creating a male and a female. *Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our li...

*FAITH NUGGETS*  (*DAILY DEVOTIONAL*) *SEEK UNDERSTANDING* *Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born*?” *Jn 3:3-4* Having praised Jesus for what he did and having told him that they know that God was with Him i was expecting Jesus to be excited and be proud of Himself of what he was told but he did not do that instead he went straight to tell Mr Nicodemus what he must do to be saved. Jesus was not interested in Mr Nicodemus praise but interested in the salvation of the soul of Mr Nicodemus. I was expecting Jesus to say "well i discussed with God in my room just now and i know what he told me" he did not do that instead he went ahead to tell him what he must do to be saved. Having told him that man...

*FAITH NUGGETS*  (*DAILY DEVOTIONAL*) *SEEK TO KNOW* *Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born*?” *Jn 3:3-4* There are so many questions that are necessary in life especially questions that are meant to bring understanding about how we are to move forward in life and destiny and specially questions that re meant for our salvation and we cannot achieve it if our hearts are not open to accept and receive the explanation. One thing about truth is that truth is truth anywhere irrespective of how it is said or who is saying it. Jesus on his own part is one that loves everybody but does not pet the truth to because of anybody irrespective of class or social status. When Mr Nicodemus came to him one would have...

*FAITH NUGGETS*  (*DAILY DEVOTIONAL*) *WHERE WERE OTHERS?* *There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, "Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him*."  *John.3.1 -2* Mr Nicodemus came to Jesus and said “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.” he said "we know" which means that he was not alone and definitely not the only one that choose to examine the life of Jesus but my question today is "where are others" It is true that we all see things from different perspectives but from the statement of Mr Nicodemus they all concluded that Jesus must have come from God but he was the only one that took a step further to know whether their conclusion was right or wrong. ...

*FAITH NUGGETS*  (*DAILY DEVOTIONAL*) *You will not fail in life* *There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, "Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him*."  *John.3.1 -2* We have seen that what Mr Nicodemus as a teacher of the law read in the prophecy of Isaiah made him to seek Jesus early as such he did not wait till the following day to the point that even when it took him to the point of doing it in the night he never bothered and in addition to what prophet Isaiah said prophets Jeremiah also added the "how" to the seeking. *And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart*. *Jer.29.13*. Apart from seeking the Lord early like prophet Isaiah said prophet Jeremiah is here telling you and i that God is...

*FAITH NUGGETS*  (*DAILY DEVOTIONAL*) *ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN VOICE* *You will make it in life* *GENTLE REMINDER, tomorrow is Sunday so don't forget to be in His presence as His present awaits you* *There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, "Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him*."  *John.3.1 -2* One of the things that i like about ordinations in the Catholic Church is that during ordinations, the Bishop brings a bible, gives it to the priest been ordained and said to him, this is the word of God, read the word of God, believe what you read, preach what you believe, and then practice what you preach. Mr Nicodemus having known the word of God, read it severally i believe, preached it, and then went to Jesus to proof that he didn't just ...

*FAITH NUGGETS*  (*DAILY DEVOTIONAL*) *SEEK THE LORD NOW* *You are a winner* *There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, "Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him*."  *John.3.1 -2* Mr Nicodemus being a teacher of the law and a pharisee must have read from the prophet Isaiah that we should seek the Lord while he can still be found in other words there is a window that has been open for anyone to seek the Lord and this window is not going to remain permanently open, it is time bound and only those that can utilise the opportunity will be glad they did. *Seek the Lord while He may be found, Call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the Lord, And He will have mercy on him; And ...

*FAITH NUGGETS*  (*DAILY DEVOTIONAL*) *BE A BEREAN CHRISTIAN* *Relax, God is in control* *There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, "Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him*."  *John.3.1 -2* There are many things to learn from the life of Mr Nicodemus, i believe that even as a teacher of the law Mr Nicodemus was acting like the Barean Christians who after hearing the word of God will always make research to know whether it is the truth and in line with their Christian faith or not. Barean Christians will always come to church in Acts of the apostles, hear the word of God with openness and eagerness to serve God better and then go home to check whether they are being deceived or not because they don't want anything to cut them off from the love ...

*FAITH NUGGETS*  (*DAILY DEVOTIONAL*) *SEEK THE TRUTH ALWAYS* *You shall not die* *There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, "Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him*."  *John.3.1 -2* Education they say is a continuum meaning that education is a life long process, the more we live the more we learn, to fail to learn while we live is to die while living, acquiring knowledge does not stop after graduating, but continues through everyday experiences, work, and desire for personal growth. Mr Nicodemus was a learned man, a teacher of the law but still wanted to learn more because he knows that the knowledge of God cannot be exhausted, with that he became humble enough to submit himself to a higher authority according to his findings and with a determine...
