*LORD AND CHRIST PT5*

*Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ*."
*Acts 2:36*.

No one can ever imagine the joy and the fulfillment of someone that has the experiences of been accused of wrong doing that he or she does not know anything about and the worst are those kinds of accusations that nobody believes you at the time of the accusation because of evidence that look factual but not true.

Here imagine the joy that bro Peter had which compelled him to put it to them that what they thought or imagined to be the dead end or a shameful end for Jesus has turned out to be what God used to glorify Him 

Imagine him telling them that this Jesus you thought you have conquered is now Lord and master of everything, do you know what it means? In human terms it means "better go and reconcile with him now" otherwise waiting to do it later may be too late or disastrous.

Now look at the two titles that Jesus had 1 Lord and 2 Christ. As Christ He is considered the Son of God, the savior of humanity, and this is one of the major articles of our Christian faith. To be "Christ" or "Messiah" means to be the anointed one, the chosen one, or the savior.

To say that he is the Christ means that Jesus has fulfilled the work of the long awaited Messiah and if you are not in league with him you will most likely not get salvation or be saved because he is now a channel or a means through which salvation can be achieved or obtained.

I pray for you and with you that as you go through the Ember months that the grace of God will see you through by the power in the name of Jesus.

LET US PRAY* *HE HAS RISEN* *Then, as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, "Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen! Remember how He spoke to you when He was still in Galilee*, *Lk 24:5-6*. Jesus conquered sin. He conquered the grave. He destroyed death He rendered the grave powerless and made it impotent for eternity. All that he did for you and me. We are the alleluia people  Our Christ is risen indeed never to die again.
