*CUT TO THE HEART PT9*

*Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, "Men and brethren, what shall we do*?"
*Acts 2:36*.

We have seen that what made the hearers of bro Peter to be "cut to the heart" was not Cutlass or gun but the word of the Lord and we were told that this word of the Lord is a double edged sword and also a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

What does it actually mean to be "cut to the heart" according to bro Peter and in this context so that we can apply same to our lives?. being "cut to the heart" actually is to have a deep remorse or regret about past actions or behaviors that are wrong..

Being "cut to the heart" is actually a sign that the word of the Lord has exposed some things that one does that is not in line with the commandments of God or whatever that goes against the love of God and that if our neighbours.

Being "cut to the heart" is actually a sign of spiritual awakening for someone whom the word of the Lord has made to understand or realise that his or her spiritual life in comatose 

Being "cut to the heart" is also a sign that ones soul is in need of spiritual guidance, restoration of virtues and a return to grace in order to avoid the disgrace of the devil.

I pray for you and with you that powers working hard to make sure that you share tears in this Ember months will cry that cry on your behalf by the power in the name of Jesus.
