(*SUMMARY*)

*Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, "Men and brethren, what shall we do*?"
*Acts 2:36*.

We actually started looking at the verse on the note that whatever happened happened in the now in other words the word of the Lord does not expect delay but instant response either positively or negatively which means that even your indecision is already a decision as far as the word of the Lord is concerned.

We went ahead to see that they heard, it can only take a listening ear and a willing heart to hear. No matter what you say once some people have made up their mind not to hear all you will be doing will be falling on deaf ears no matter how loud you may se to sound.

We also saw that they were "cut to the heart" and discovered that they were not "cut to the heart" with cutlass or gun but the word of the Lord and why were they "cut to the heart" because they were open to the word and the word exposed to them areas that they need to make amend.

That was why they called them "men and brethren" because they saw that the word of God has the capacity to unite them irrespective of where they were from or the language that they speak.

The moment that they saw the glory of God through the word that they heard they went ahead to ask them *what shall we do"? They went ahead to make sure that they played their role for the salvation brought to them to have full effect in their lives.

I pray for you and with you that this weekend shall be your best weekend ever by the power in the name of Jesus.
