*CUT TO THE HEART PT13*

*Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, "Men and brethren, what shall we do*?"
*Acts 2:36*.

We have seen that they were called men because of how they handled the word of the Lord, the maturity and sense of responsibility which they exhibited in the face of the people made the people to conclude that these are men and not babies.

Apart from men they were also called brethren, they were called brethren because people saw how they shares the message of salvation to them as though all of them are Jews.

The love with which the apostles proclaimed the word of the Lord made them to call them brethren because only blood brothers can go to such length to help a fellow brother in that light. Only a brother can see what is as good as the good news and decide to share with fellow brothers.

They saw how they shared everything they know about salvation without reservations and they saw how they brought them together as though they have known for ages and then concluded that these men can only be brethren.

They saw how they were building a community of believers in love and unity and even equality where no one lacks nothing as those that has were ready to share with those that have not. The saw practical love and Christianity.

I pray for you and with you that powers that attacks blessings at the point of manifestation will never see your blessings by the power in the name of Jesus.

LET US PRAY* *HE HAS RISEN* *Then, as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, "Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen! Remember how He spoke to you when He was still in Galilee*, *Lk 24:5-6*. Jesus conquered sin. He conquered the grave. He destroyed death He rendered the grave powerless and made it impotent for eternity. All that he did for you and me. We are the alleluia people  Our Christ is risen indeed never to die again.
