*Happy Sunday beloved*

*Then the serpent said to the woman, "You will not surely die. For God knows that on the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil*." 
*Gen.3.4*.

We are still tracing the lines of lies of the serpent and we have seen that the eyes of the woman was actually opened as promised by the serpent but that it was only opened to what God never wanted them to know, yes you heard me right, God never wanted them to know shame, God never wanted them to know sickness and diseases and God ultimately never wanted them to know death and the only remedy for all these was nothing but obedience.

The devil told her that her eyes will be opened but never told her what her eyes will be opened to, yes, her eyes got opened but not to what she thought her eyes will be opened to, the devil will always show you the pleasure but will never show you the consequences of the pleasure, he will hide the shame, the disease and the other consequences and show you only the pleasure.

The word of the Lord made us understand that if we obey and serve the Lord that will live our days in prosperity and our years in pleasantness and joy. Can you imagine what God has in stock for us but due to lack of trust in God madam Eve made us to loose all that.
*If they obey and serve Him, they shall spend their days in prosperity and their years in pleasantness and joy*. *Job.36.11*

In the prophecy of Jeremiah God told us that the plans that He had and still has for us is of good and not of evil and that His desire is to bring us to our expected end yet many of us like Eve, have abandoned that plan and have decided to follow short cuts that have cut many of our lives short.
*For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome*. *Jer.29.11* 

Have you ever wondered why they say that curiosity kills the cat? God did not want their eyes to be opened to evil so that they may not attempt it by trying to see how it will look like or what the consequences would be, that is the heart of a good father but out of curiosity many have wondered into where they are not supposed to see in the first place not to talk of being there.

 I pray for you and with you that you will remain above only in life and destiny and that whatever that wants to displace you will hit the Rock of ages by the power in the name of Jesus
