*IGNORANCE IS NOT AN EXCUSE*

*Happy Sunday*

*Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said to the woman, "Has God indeed said, "You shall not eat of every tree of the garden*'?" 
*Gen.3.1*

Having worked on the hearing of man the devil then went ahead to test man's knowledge of the word of God by asking the man "Has God indeed said, in order words are you sure this is what God said or you are assuming that this is what God said.

The same question the devil continues to ask you and i today and many have bought the idea hence you hear many people say or ask the questions, who wrote the bible? Did God come down to tell them what to write? Is christianity not a white man's religion? And so forth.

It is said that half knowledge is worse than ignorance, did you not notice that in the course of Jesus ministry that a point came that He had to ask His disciples a simple but complex question" who do men say the son of man am? And they began to tell him what others said about Him and eventually he turned to them and asked them "who do you say I am?

Jesus knew that it has nothing to do with proximity, He knew that they have heard so much about Him which ultimately will have a way of affecting how they see Him and who they see Him as and as such He needed to clear every wrong perception of Himself in them for them to know who He really is.

The devil wanted to know whether man knows much about God or whether man knows who God really is and the moment he asked that question he came to realise that man does not know himself not to talk of knowing who God is and so he capitalised on man's ignorance to deprive man what God gave him to show that ignorance is not an excuse.

I pray for you and with you that anywhere that they have used your destiny as a collateral that God Almighty will scatter that agreement and grant you total freedom by the power in the name of Jesus.
