Having told Mr Nicodemus that he needed to be born again, Mr Nicodemus went ahead to asked Jesus why he needed to be born again and Jesus told him that there is a kingdom after now and that he belonged to that kingdom and that the owner of the kingdom is God and that God demands that we cannot enter the kingdom until we become his sons and daughters by been born again.

Having said that, he went ahead to tell Mr Nicodemus that there are two types of births. The physical birth and the spiritual birth and what everybody has is the physical birth and nobody can enter the kingdom of God until he or she goes through second birth which is to be born again.

The good news about the second birth is that it is from God Himself and the requirement is very simple and it is for all peoples", colour and race and it has no room for discrimination in as much as one is ready to be born again as a way of submitting to the fatherhood of God.

According to Jesus the reason is that until you re born again you cannot be like God who is a Spirit hence he wants us to be born again so that we can be like our father so that the saying *like father like son" can be made manifest.

Permit to say that being born again makes us a kind of dual citizens, citizens of the earth and candidates for heaven so being born again does not make one early useless or foolish but earthly impactful and relevant and heavenly conscious and heavenly bound.

I pray for you and with you that you will never see reason to regret ever knowing God but that your knowledge of God will always bring you reasons to celebrate by the power in the name of Jesus.
