*A FRIEND IN NEED*.

*There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews.This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, "Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him*." 
*John.3.1 -2*

Bro John started the third chapter of his gospel by telling us about a man called Nicodemus, he told us that the man Nicodemus was a Pharisee. The man Nicodemus made me to understand that there are two type of Pharisees, the first group are those that are far to see this ones don't see anything good in Jesus and the second are not far to see hence he could see Jesus.

Bro John by telling us that he was a pharasee meant to tell us that the man Nicodemus was a religious man seeking the kingdom and not just sitting down in the name of a religious man and doing nothing about it, he was seeking for the salvation of his soul.

One major fact about him been a Pharisees is that he can be said to be a man of knowledge when it has to do with the scriptures, a man that k owns the law and a man that keeps the law and perhaps when he saw how Jesus interpreted the law he sought to see him.

Nicodemus did not follow trends like many of us do today otherwise he would not have come to Jesus rather he would have been somewhere looking for faults like the others that will make him to criticize and if possible crucify Jesus 

Apart from the fact that the man Nichodemus was a Pharisees which means that he was a religious man he was also a ruler of the Jewish people meaning that he was a man of power and position and yet he did not allow any of these to stop him from coming to meet Jesus.

I pray for you and with you that the Lord will make this second half of the year to do you good by the power in the name of Jesus.
