*MIND YOUR MIND*

*Forward ever is your lot henceforth*

*And they said to one another, “Did not our heart burn within us while He talked with us on the road, and while He opened the Scriptures to us?” So they rose up that very hour and returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven and those who were with them gathered together*, 
Lk 24:32-33.

Na wa ooooo for bro Cleopas and his friend, did you hear what they said? Let me show you " "And they said to one another, “Did not our heart burn within us while He talked with us on the road, and while He opened the Scriptures to us?” you see no matter how hard you try to hide the truth your conscience will always betray you.

They tried as much as they could while Jesus was talking with them and opening the scriptures to them to harden their heart from hearing the word of God but the more they were trying the more their conscience was hitting them hard and thank God that finally they responded positively unlike many of us.

My joy here is that they acknowledged that Jesus did not just talk with them but that He opened the scriptures to them what it means is that the discussion was in progression from discussion to scriptures you can see that Jesus took his time to teach and to catechise them.

Because they were afraid they refused to listen and work with the truth because they know that if they yeild to the truth and the same truth is what they were running away from it follows that they will be in greater danger hence they tried to harden their hearts. My dear fear is a stopper.

Like many of us bro Cleopas and his friend were ready to hear more of the word of God hence they stopped Jesus so that He can teach them more but they were not ready to respond positovely to what they were hearing the same way we shout *yes papa" "ride on papa" and yet remain the same.

*LET US PRAY*🙏 🙏 🙏
I pray for you and with you that any devourer sent to devourer what belongs to you will end up destroying themselves by the power in the name of Jesus.
