Do you know that as beautiful as Jericho is and as hard as Elisha was trying not to be distracted in his pursuit of the blessing another set of the sons of the prophet came again to mock him for the second tine but he refused to give up that is why in the journey of the blessing the more you go the more challenging it becomes.

Not minding Jericho and the sons of the prophets Elisha continued his journey to be blessed but the sons of the prophets gathered other sons of the prophet to the point that they were up to fifty in number just to make sure that they stop Elisha but the more they gather the more determined to make it Elisha becomes.

Wait a minute, the battle to stop Elisha from being blessed is still there and this time a more difficult one,. God has not taken Elijah, here is water that they can pass through so how do they pass through the water because until God takes Elijah the blessing with not be released and if Elijah is not taken it means that all the journey will be in vain. What will Elisha do?

There is this song that i love singing and the song says "trust and obey" you may not understand how or where God is leading you but trust and obey, the way may seem rough and rugged no problem just trust and obey, the blessing may seem to be delaying my dear only trust and obey because according to the song there is no other way to be happy in Jesus but to trust and obey.

Elijah eventually parted the water for both of them to cross but how will my brother Elisha come back? Is he going to remain there after collecting the blessing? There seem to be no way but Elisha still kept on following and because he kept on following trusting and obeying, God had to make a way where there was no way.

I pray for you and with you that the Almighty God that does wonders without number will make a way for you to be blessed wherever there is no way by the power in the name of Jesus.
