*THE GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT*

*It is another day of divine healing receive yours now in Jesus name*

*But we were hoping that it was He who was going to redeem Israel. Indeed, besides all this, today is the third day since these things happened*.
*Luke.24.21*.

Can you see the level of disappointment in the mind of Cleopas and his friend? They had their hopes, they had their expectations of the person of Jesus only for Jesus to just die like that. Their hope was that he was to redeem Israel but as far as they were concerned He could not save Himself not to talk of saving others.

They had their own expectations of Jesus not minding the mission of Jesus, they had their plans for Jesus without minding what Jesus had for Himself or what the father had asked him to do, they were following Jesus without knowing fully the mission of Jesus.

Jesus came to redeem Israel quite all right but the Israel that He came to redeem is not the small enclave but the Israel that is the whole world. What am saying is that they were right in their thinking but did not have a broader knowledge of the Israel that Jesus came to save.

They were following Jesus without the understanding of the personality and mission of Jesus which i call religion without relationship, you can see from Cleopas and his friend that proximity is not relationship. You can be close but yet far.

Cleopas and his friend allowed their expectation to so be cloud them that they could not understand the personality of Jesus not to talk of keying into the programs and mission of Jesus. Have you ever been disappointed by Jesus? What your hopes and expectations and match it with the mission of Jesus.

*LET US PRAY*🙏 🙏 🙏 
I pray for you and with you that near success syndrome will never come close to you and your endeavors by the power in the name of Jesus.
