*THE DEVIL CAN BARK BUT CAN'T BITE*

*And behold, there was a great earthquake; for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat on it*.
*Matt.28.2* 

All that we have seen has gone a long way to make us to understand that the devil is not powerful, yes sir, he is not powerful but he is very smart, can you imagine that after all that they did to Jesus and even went ahead to make sure that he will never rise from the dead all that effort was sat upon by just an angel.

Another thing you must know is that the earthquake did not struggle with any force or find it difficult to dismantle all that they did to keep Jesus in the grave, just one element was turned into an element of war to shatter all the strongholds of the devil and God has so many elements at His disposal.

Another thing we must not fail to understand is the fact that the Angel sat on the stone to make the devil know that he has a limit and that limit is at the mercy of just one angel, the second thing there is that the angels wanted the devil to know that he is in control and not the devil and as such had to sit on the head of the devil.

Another thing that we must not fail to mention here is the fact that sitting on the stone is a sign that the job has been done and the dowers are taking their rest on the head of their victims by sitting on them.

Another thing that the Angel was doing or was trying to display is to make a public disgrace of the enemy by sitting on the stone which was their strength before then and the Angel wants to show the uselessness and the powerlessness of the devil despite the barkings of the devil.

*LET US PRAY* 🙏🙏🙏
I pray for you and with you that you will rule in the midst of your enemies by the power in the name of Jesus.
