*HAVE YOU RECEIVED JESUS PT3*

*Thank God for this day He has made for you to break forth*

*He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God*.
*Jn 1:10-13*.


Do you know that most times the people that rejects you most are the people you are meant to be a blessing to their lives, the devil is not powerful but we can't deny that fact that he is smart, he knows how to make sure that we live around blessings and not enjoy the blessings.

What does it really mean to receive? To talk of receiving you must talk of giving, there is no receiving without giving. And anything given like we said before has nothing to do with the qualifications of the receiver. Most times gifts are not about qualifications, they are about thoughtfulness, magnanity and empathy.

To receive something means that it was a gift and a gift is not what you worked for, sometimes you don't even worth the gift, but our of love of the giver even if you have begged it is not a guarantee that you will get it if the giver is not magnanimous enough.

To receive therefore means to take, seize hold, take away, receive, try, to take as authority. The bible told us that to them that did receive Him he gave power to become the children of God. So this gift is not something edible or something to be used but something that will make one to become something bigger than himself.

God's gift of Jesus is out of love and salvation for humanity. It is about God's grace and plan for redemption and salvation and has nothing to do with qualifications, it is something from the heart of a father that wants His sons to be what he planned for them to become which is recognising Him as Lord and Father.

I pray for you and with you that the God of times and seasons will make this time your season and make all things beautiful for you in this your season by the power in the name of Jesus.

*COUNSEL*. Don't ever give up on your *faith* and never loose *hope* and be fervent in *prayers* and praise knowing that *God*, your father *loves* you specially and personally and will never leave you nor forsake you.
