*DO YOU KNOW JESUS? PT5*

*He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God*.
*Jn 1:10-13*.


We are looking at the extent to which a man can go and he or she can boldly say that he or she knows God because not all that glitters are gold. We have been painting pictures of how so many of us know this God and we have seen that our knowledge of this this is either very shallow or in assumption.

Let me bring our minds to something popular or familiar with us as to see whether we can drive this message home with it. Do you know that when a man meets his wife the simple word for it is "know"? I mean when a man and his legally married wife meets.

I used legally married because for them to marry they must have gone into relationship to understand themselves after which they decide to leave together with a covenant that they will stay together whether in good time or bad and when the consumate this relationship it is called knowing.

Bringing this to what we are talking about, we are saying that for one to know God there must be a determined effort to study and be with God over time and the desire to stay with him whether the devil likes it or not. That is to say that for whatever life may choose to throw at you that you have already made up your mind to be with God(in good and bad times)

Do you remember that when a man and his legally married wife as we have said earlier get INTIMATE that something good comes out of it and it is called fruit of the word(fruit of the intimacy) bringing it to what we are discussing you will see that when you have an intimate relationship with God something is birthed and it is called signs and wonders or simple put "miracles" Infact when you have this kind of intimacy with God your life becomes a sign, a wonder and a miracle.

*LET US PRAY* 🙏🙏🙏
I pray for you and with you that God whom you serve and because of your quest to have an intimate relationship with Him which makes you to read this nugget daily will make your life a sign, wonder to your generation and a miracle by the power in the name of Jesus.
