IN THE BEGINNING

*BEGINNING WITH THE BEGINNER* 

*1ST DAY, 3RD OF JANUARY 2026*

INTRODUCTION 
IT IS A 40 DAYS PRAYER PROGRAM TO START THE YEAR.

WE GO THROUGH THESE REFLECTIONS ON DAILY BASES AND PRAY THE PRAYER POINTS AT THE END.

WE ARE FASTING FOR 40DAYS FROM 06:00AM TO 03:00PM MINIMUM AND 06:00AM TO 06:00PM

DAY 1

*IN THE BEGINNING*

*In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God*. 
*John.1.1* 

Bro John here talks about the beginner of every beginning as the Word, if you take a look at this Word here you will see that it started with a capital letter which means that he was talking of God hence he concluded by telling us that who he was talking about was God.

When this beginner wanted to bring man to birth he also started with the word too. Man is a product of the word of God or one can say that man was from the Word, God uses his word to create what He wants and man was created as such to also use his words to creat what he wants.
*Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth*." *Gen.1.26*.

In this same chapter and in verse 27 we were told that man was already created male and female yet they were no where to be found until God choose to make man out of the dust in chapter two.
*So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them*. *Gen.1.27*.

Man was not found until God formed him in chapter two and waited till the man slept before He them made the woman. Was God lying when he said "male and female He made them" no sir, God finishes the moment he said it.

What we are to learn from God here is that whenever we have a begining or we want to begin anything we like God should speak to God about it. Before God made man he spoke to Himself "let us make man" but man has no capacity to birth things hence he has to speak to God.

When we pray we speak to God hence it is necessary that we begin every beginning with the beginner of all beginnings by speaking to Him in prayer so as we embark on this journey we will be speaking to God concerning our 2026 and believe you me that God will hear and answer us through Christ our Lord.

PRAYER POINTS FOR DAY 1

1 Let us thank God for the gift of life and for making us to see 2026

2. Let us commit 2026 into that hands of God knowing full well that when we commit it into His hands He will make it a better year for us.

3. Let us pray that as we begin this 2026 that the Lord will make to begin it in such a way that 2026 will be a good year for us.

4 Let us pray to God to help us remain in Him as our source so that we will not lack resources.

5 Let us beg God that has made us to see this year to see us through.
