*CONTINUE STEADFASTLY IN THE LORD PT28*.


*And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers*. 
*Acts 2:42*.

One simple thing that encouraged these believers to continue and continue steadfastly is that they had an encounter and they allowed that encounter to shape their lives, the encounter shaped how they lived, moved and related with one another.

You cannot talk of an encounter without talking of transformation of life that is why St Paul told us that as they behold the glory of God that they were transformed and on this spiritual journey you can't be static, it is either you are moving upward or you are moving downward but for these believers they moved from glory to glory.

Whenever an encounter takes place one of the things that it births is a better understanding of the personality of God. You understand the nature of God better and most especially how God works that is why one cannot not but continue steadfastly.

No one encounters God and remains the same but apart from transformation one other thing that an encounter births is to know that God rewards, you heard me God rewards and nobody rewards like God 
*But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him*. *Hen 11:6*

The truth of the matter is that knowing that God rewards is not just a good motivation but a guarantee that it must be done even if one does not know how or where or when.
*Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord*. *1Cor 15:55*.

I pray for you and with you that in this season that you will never embark on a journey of "no return" by the power in the name of Jesus.

*COUNSEL*. Don't ever give up on your *faith* and never loose *hope* and be fervent in *prayers* and praise knowing that *God*, your father *loves* you specially and personally and will never leave you nor forsake you.

*MY INTEREST* is to *EXHORT* you so that God will *EXALT* you so that the devil will not *EXHAUST* you.
