*FAITH NUGGETS* 

*CONTINUE STEADFASTLY IN THE LORD PT23*.

*And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers*. 
*Acts 2:42*.

We talked about the eye of faith when we said that these believers saw the glory of God not with the physical eye which cannot see far but the eye of faith that can see far beyond the physical eye, that physical eye can see distance but the eye of faith can see tomorrow, the physical eye can be veiled to stop it from seeing but the eye of faith cannot be veiled. Amen!!!

The bible discribed what they saw as one seeing something in a mirror, when you look at the mirror sir what do you see? Yourself right? Hear this, they saw themselves like God, or you can say that they saw God and God was like them.

Now let us see what they saw.
*Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth*." *Gen.1.26*
 
Remember that when you take a look at the mirror you see your image and God said "let us make man in our image after our likeness" are you getting the point now? They saw themselves as they really are.(As the image of God)

We are saying that these believers sought God in faith and they saw Him as though they were seeing a reflection of themselves and i believe that that could be one of the very motivations that made them to continue and not just continue but steadfastly.

What we are seeing here is that God choose to reveal Himself to them and they saw it as though they were seeing themselves. They saw that they were not different from God and as such they choose to follow Him continuously and with steadfastness.
*But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord*. *2Cor 3:18*.

I pray for you and with you that the promises of God will find expression in your life in this season and beyond by the power in the name of Jesus.

*COUNSEL*. Don't ever give up on your *faith* and never loose *hope* and be fervent in *prayers* and praise knowing that *God*, your father *loves* you specially and personally and will never leave you nor forsake you.
