*CONTINUE STEADFASTLY IN THE LORD PT15*

*And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers*. 
*Acts 2:42*.

They continued steadfastly in the apostles doctrines and in the breaking of bread as a matter of fact the breaking of bread was and is still part of the apostles doctrine and the reason for the steadfast continuation is that it is a command from Jesus.

Another reason for their steadfastness in the breaking of bread is that the breaking of bread is meant to be a daily things. Yes you heard me. A daily thing. Jesus speaking to us said that "as often as we break this break" which means that we are to break the bread as often as possible.
*And He took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, "This is My body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of Me*." *Luke.22.19* 
*For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death till He comes*. *1Cor.11.26* 

Jesus said that we should break the bread in remembrance of Him hence they had to continue steadfastly because they do not want to remember Jesus once in a while or whenever they fell but to remember Him always.

St Paul told us that "as often as we do this that we proclaim the Lord's death and resurrection which was one of the articles of the apostles doctrines. Can you now see why they followed the apostles doctrines steadfastly? Because everything about the doctrine is about Jesus.

Which doctrine are you following? Are you following the doctrine of man or that of the apostles? Any doctrine that is not about Jesus is mans doctrine and cannot guarantee salvation.

I pray for you and with you that any manipulation that is geared towards making you a mockery in life will catch fire now by the power in the name of Jesus.
