*CONTINUE STEADFASTLY IN THE LORD PT12*

*And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers*. 
*Acts 2:42*.

They continued steadfastly in the apostles doctrines and fellowship meaning that their fellowshipping was not once in a while thing but a thing that is constat. Something that they were doing in and out of season.

You will agree with me that one thing that marks consistency is commitment, what you are not committed to you cannot be consistent in and one of the ways to be committed to fellowship apart from attendance at all times is active participation in the fellowship.

Many go to fellowship to fulfill all righteousness but few go to make it work, they participate actively in the fellowship activities and be part of the making of the activities like being in various departments to make sure that things work.

Fellowship is not once in a while thing but one that one has to be consistent in and committed to, that is while when they continued it was with steadfastness and with this kind of growth active participation will not be in doubt.

They continued means that it was a progressive progress on the part of the faithful, they made sure that they made progress in their faith journey so that they can arrive at their intended destination which is heaven.

I pray for you and with you that God's goodness and mercy will follow you now and always and the plans of the wicked and their wickedness will not find expression in your life and family by the power in the name of Jesus

LET US PRAY* *HE HAS RISEN* *Then, as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, "Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen! Remember how He spoke to you when He was still in Galilee*, *Lk 24:5-6*. Jesus conquered sin. He conquered the grave.
