*And with many other words he testified and exhorted them, saying, "Be saved from this perverse generation*." 
*Acts 2:40*.

Still talking about what makes a generation perverse, it is necessary that we look at it extensively so that we too can know where we belong to because as far as this issue of perverseness is concerned we are all involved in one way or the other and the earlier we choose to be saved from it the better for us all.

Soddom and Gomorha were perversed in the sense that they were practicing lesbianism, homosexuality and all form of sexual immorality but that can never be compared to the kind that we are practicing in our day.

In the days of bro Peter men were men and women remained women but in our day you can see a man today and the next day he is already a woman and we now promote the right of choose gender at will. Marriages in our day is now between Adam and Steve no longer eve or Ada and Eve. That is where we are now.

Like we saw yesterday, science has helped us technologically and also in the area of sin. With the advent of phones, lies are now the order of the day and even pornography is now at our finger tips and so on and so forth.

What is more perverse than when in our generation men no longer preach Christ from the pulpit but themselves, men has turned themselves to God such that instead of being men of God they have become the god of the men. Men are no longer pulled from the pit from the pulpit anymore leaving them at the mercy of the devil.

I pray for you and with you that the grace and the strength to run away from the perverseness of this generation will not be lacking in us by the power in the name of Jesus
