*LORD AND CHRIST PT7*

*Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ*."
*Acts 2:36*.

We are still looking at why Jesus was given the title of Christ and Lord having said that it was not given to him because he was a lesser God but equal with the father Let me tell us that this titles were from God not from man and for God to give Him such titles it means that God is pleased with Him and that He has done well to merit that.

To say that Jesus is Lord means that our salvation is guaranteed. Yes you heard me, the work for our redemption was done and dusted by Jesus which means that if any of us chooses not to be redeemed it is no longer the fault of Jesus by of the person.

Secondly to say that Jesus was given the title of Christ also means that we all have good reasons to hope for salvation and that this hope will not disappoint us because the work that is required for us to be hopeful has been accomplished by Jesus.

Having dome the work of the long awaited Messiah it became necessary that he be given the title of of Christ because he has dealt with sin and it's consequences. The wages of sin is death and having died on our behalf we will no longer die to sin but live because of the finished work of Christ.

I pray for you and with you that God will give you a miracle before the end of this month that will make you not to forget this month in a hurry by the power in the name of Jesus.

LET US PRAY* *HE HAS RISEN* *Then, as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, "Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen! Remember how He spoke to you when He was still in Galilee*, *Lk 24:5-6*. Jesus conquered sin. He conquered the grave.
