*CUT TO THE HEART*

*Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, "Men and brethren, what shall we do*?"
*Acts 2:36*.

The word of God is all about "NOW" bro Peter told us that the moment they heard the word of God they did not wait a bit longer or till the following day to respond but they responded immediately to the Clarion call to repentance and accepted the message that very moment.

We were told that the moment they heard that, they were cut to the heart and they asked a fundamental question ""Men and brethren, what shall we do?" in other words they immediately reacted positively to the message of salvation that they heard.

You and i have been hearing he word of God and we have often times been cut to the heart but the big question here is "how many times have we ever responded to the message positively?"

Another good news there is that they were all cut to the heart, no one was left out as all of them were desirous of salvation but in our time the few that would have genuinely given in to the message will be talked out of it by many that will be cut to the heart but will never respond.

The truth of the matter is that all of us are expected to respond to the message of salvation positively and we are not supposed to allow people to talk us out of it if and only if we had known the value of the message that we have received.

I pray for you and with you that those waiting and praying for you to go down will only see you rise higher in life and i pray for them that they enjoy the fall that they wish you on your behalf by the power in the name of Jesus.
