*LORD AND CHRIST*

"*Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ*."
*Acts 2:36*.

Bro Peter continues to tell us that God did not just raise Jesus from the dead but that he went ahead to honour Him with the kind of honour only Him can give and that is making Jesus Lord and Christ.

Bro Peter started by saying that all the house of Isreal should know in other words if you don't know your Lord or pretending not to know or that you are still looking for one stop that now and embrace the one and only Lord which is Jesus Christ.

Jesus did not just become Lord and Christ he worked for it and merited it, do you know how? Let me put it to you that he took your place in your condemned state and was condemned so that you will not go through condemnation again.

He became sin even when he knew no sin so that through his suffering you and i who are sinners can become the righteousness of God. So it is a monumental error to still be in that state. I mean in the state of not accepting Jesus as your personal Lord and saviour.

By so doing God has given to Jesus Christ exalted position and authority because of what Jesus achieved by His death, burial and resurrection from the dead. By making Him Lord, God has given Jesus all authority and power.

I pray for you and with you that every form of darkness around you or within you that the light of Christ will dispel all of them by the power in the name of Jesus.

LET US PRAY* *HE HAS RISEN* *Then, as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, "Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen! Remember how He spoke to you when He was still in Galilee*, *Lk 24:5-6*. Jesus conquered sin. He conquered the grave.
