*HE WAS PUT TO DEATH BY YOU AND I*

*Him, being delivered by the determined purpose and foreknowledge of God, you have taken by lawless hands, have crucified, and put to death*;
*Acts 2:23*.

Bro Peter told us that God attested to the ministry of Jesus with signs, wonders and Miracles but doesn't seem to end there because from the sermon of bro Peter Jesus had to do more than that to glorify God and to bring to pass our salvation.

In this verse bro Peter is telling you and i that Jesus was delivered not by his will but predetermined purpose of God and what is this predetermined purpose of God? That Jesus will be delivered to you and i to kill him by our sins and to die also for our sins.

The death and all the pains that Jesus went through was not without the knowledge of God and God allowed it so that you and i will not have any excuse whatsoever why we should not saved.

Bro Paul will tell us that the wages of sin is death and that the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus.
*For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord*. *Rom 6:23*.

We are supposed to die by virtue of our sins for the wages of any sin at all is death but for the eternal life that Jesus has to bring to us He decided to die in our place in order for us to have not just life but eternal life.

I pray for you and with you that the blessings of God that makes rich and adds no sorrow become your portion today and always by the power in the name of Jesus.
