*THE NAME OF THE LORD* 

*And it shall come to pass That whoever calls on the name of the Lord Shall be saved*.'
*Acts 2:21*.

St Peter started his speech in this verse with the fact that it will come to pass in other words he was saying that it is certain irrespective of where or when but it must be known that it is certain but the big question here is. What is it that is certain? "Whoever".

Before he stated what he said he made us to understand that whoever shall call, "Whosoever" implies inclusivity, universality or conditionality, depending on the context. It can convey a sense of openness, invitation, or requirement.

That "whoever "means that God does not consider race or tribe to listen to who it is that is calling, all that you need to do or know is that you can call God anytime, any day and from anywhere but you must call his name.

That whoever means that there is no condition attached to the calling of the name of the Lord, no sir, i mean that you cannot call his name in error or use a particular way to call him. Some will say call a particular name like Jehovah rapha when you are sick, in as much as am not here to raise any arguments or to discredit anybody what am saying is God is God and in any form that he chooses to manifest himself does not make him only that.

That whoever means that God has not chosen for Himself a particular way to be called or a particular people that should be calling Him you too are part of that whoever that can call on him if you are willing and obedient enough to call.

That whoever also means that it will cost you nothing to call on the name of the Lord, no special sacrifice needed and no special seed needed to be able to call on the name of the Lord. It is an open check for each and everyone of us to fill if we want to.

I pray for you and with you that in this second half of the year that what you could not achieve in the first half that you will achieve them double in this half by the power in the name of Jesus
