*UNITED WE STAND*

*And being assembled together with them, He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father, "which," He said, "you have heard from Me; for John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now*." 
*Acts 1:4-5*.

Having prayed and worked that they may be one,Jesus had to make sure that they are together before he left and still before He left He still warned them to be and remain together because it is on that premise of been together that the blessing will eventually come.
*Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious oil upon the head, Running down on the beard, The beard of Aaron, Running down on the edge of his garments. It is like the dew of Hermon, Descending upon the mountains of Zion; For there the Lord commanded the blessing Life forevermore*.
*Ps 133:1-3*.

King David in the above psalms compared being together as the precious oil upon the head of Aaron and running down to the garment meaning that once there is unity the blessings flows from the head to the lowest part of the body meaning that no one is left where there is unity when it comes to being blessed.

He went ahead to explain it that there is where the Lord puts His blessings. Can you now see why Jesus wants them to remain one and went ahead to make sure before He left that His disciples remain one? It is because He wants all of them to be blessed with the Holy Spirit and Because united we can always stand and withstand anything but divided we must surely fall.

One of the major key of unity is love. Remember that Jesus asked us to love one another as He loved us because when we love we will not find faults and when we love we work for the common good of all.

I pray for you and with you that wherever you are that you will eat the good of that land by the power in the name of Jesus

LET US PRAY* *HE HAS RISEN* *Then, as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, "Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen!
