*BE FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT PT14*

*And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance*.
*Acts 2:4*.

At Paul speaking about why they were all filled with the Holy Spirit told us in his letter to the people of Rome that the Holy Spirit always come to help us. He recognises the fact that we are all weak and needs help and that the shortest way to get this help is through the Holy Spirit.

Because the Spirit that we receive is Holy and for the very fact that the mission of the Holy Spirit is to make us Holy we cannot but subscribe to the help of the Holy one for all the enablement to be like Him.

We cannot bank on the fact that we are weak and then choose to live anyhow. No sir we must as a matter of necessity try to live out the live expected of us by the giving of the Holy Spirit to you and i and that St Paul told us that we need the Holy Spirit to succeed.
*So too the [Holy] Spirit comes to our aid and bears us up in our weakness; for we do not know what prayer to offer nor how to offer it worthily as we ought, but the Spirit Himself goes to meet our supplication and pleads in our behalf with unspeakable yearnings and groanings too deep for utterance*. *Rom.8.26*. (*AMP*)

Knowing full well that having subscribed to the Holy Spirit and knowing also the resultant effect that we are supposed to live according to the plan of the giver of the Holy Spirit and continue and maintain the same state we need that help of the Holy Spirit to do so.

I pray for you and with you that the Holy Spirit will help you by strengthening you to live out your calling as Christians by the power in the name of Jesus.
