*THEY WORSHIPPED HIM*

*Now it came to pass, while He blessed them, that He was parted from them and carried up into heaven. And they worshiped Him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy, and were continually in the temple praising and blessing God. Amen*. 
*Lk 24:51-53*.

Yesterday made it forty days that we celebrated the rising of Jesus from the dead and the bible made us to understand that He ascended to heaven after forty days of appearing to His disciples and teaching them about the kingdom so yesterday is the day of His ascension to heaven.

Bro Luke have two accounts of the ascension in two of his writings and in the two he made mention of how Jesus ascended into heaven and told us what his disciples did after his ascension. In his account in Acts of the Apostles and Angel appeared to them after Jesus has been taken but in the his gospel he told us they went home rejoicing.

After the ascension bro Luke told us that they returned to Jerusalem to worship Him and were joyful in obedience to His command so they did not go away because he had ascended but returned to obey his commands and remained together as a body which Jesus made sure they do before He ascended.

From there they established a church where they have to gather constantly not once in a while or when it is convenient for them or online and constantly praising God not protesting because of their problem but joyful to be counted as part of Christ body.

I pray for you and with you that the Lord will visit you in his power to bless your life like never before by the power in the name of Jesus.
