*HE IS RISEN INDEED PT22*

*To whom He also presented Himself alive after His suffering by many infallible proofs, being seen by them during forty days and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God*.
*Acts 1:3*

We have seen that Jesus has nothing to proof to anyone but He had to show Himself alive to the disciples not just to make them know that he has risen but according to bro Luke He was coming to speak to them about the kingdom of God.

Before Jesus left them He promised them that he will send the Holy Spirit to them but the Holy Spirit will not come until He has ascended to heaven but before he ascends into heaven He needed to do more so that when the Holy Spirit comes He will have to do the reminding and explaining certain things to them so that they will not fail.

Before the Holy Spirit comes He needed to gather them together as a body because according to bro Paul the church is Christ body and he needs to nourish it with the word so before he ascends into heaven He had to nourish His body (the church) so that He can present her as a glorious body to the Holy Spirit for more nourishment.
*So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife loves himself. For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as the Lord does the church. For we are members of His body, of His flesh and of His bones*. *Eph 5:28-30*.

Do you remember what Jesus Himself said about Himself? He told us that where two or three are gathered in His name that He is always there so while He was waiting to ascend into heaven the presence or the gathering of two or more especially of the disciples who are always gathered in His name to discuss nothing more but Him always attract Him to them. And he cannot come and leave them without leaving Himself(His word) with them.
*And after eight days His disciples were again inside, and Thomas with them. Jesus came, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, "Peace to you!*" *Jn 20:26*.

*In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God*. 
*JIn 1:1*.

I pray for you and with you that any covenant that has been robbing you of your blessings expires today by the power in the name of Jesus.
