*DON'T DIE PT6*

*And the woman said to the serpent, "We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden; but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, 'You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.'" Then the serpent said to the woman, "You will not surely die. For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil*."

We were saying that one of the things that made madam Eve and the prodigal son to do what they did was entitlement mentality and it is funny how people claim to be entitled to what they did not work for and eventually we saw what that could lead to and today we want to continue from where we stopped and i trust God that it will a blessing to you in the name of Jesus.

Having seen some of the problems of entitlement mentality we will still look at the following.
Conflict. Entitlement mentality always cause conflict between the one that fells entitled to what he or she did not work for and the owner of what he or she is laying claims to. Apart from them not working for it which may grief the giver those that fells entitled always ask for more than you give sometimes.

Not taking responsibility. Entitlement mentality always make those that fells that they are entitled to one thing or the other not to do anything but to wait for what they expect you to give them. Madam Eve did not do anything, she came to meet everything that she needed yet she felt entitled to the one she was not given.

Failure in life. Apart from the fact that those that fell entitled to one thing or the other don't do anything they always fail in life because they don't learn how to succeed by doing something as such even if you give them the whole world they likely fail as well because of lack of experience or the mentality of returning for more.

Make one ungrateful. I believe that ingratitude is the elder brother of entitlement mentality, because they fell entitled to what they did not work for and because of it they always fell that whatever you give them is not good enough they hardly say "thank you" as they always expect more.

I pray for you and with you that the Lord will give you the kind of determination that will make you to pursue your purpose with all ruggedity and give you overwhelming results in Jesus name.
