*DON'T DIE PT4*

*And the woman said to the serpent, "We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden; but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, 'You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.'" Then the serpent said to the woman, "You will not surely die. For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil*."
*Gen 3:2-5*.

The other day we saw that the famous prodigal son was said to be dead because he left the presence of the father we said that leaving the presence of God is as good as death because when you leave his presence his glory will not go with you that is to say that His glory will depart from you and it is that glory that makes us whatever we are and that is what the devil always wants us to loose 

The case of the prodigal son and that if madam Eve are the same. In the case of the prodigal son he went to his father to demand for what was his and not that the father was not going to give it to him but he needed it so soon that he could not wait anymore but because he was not prepared for the blessings and because the time was not ripe for him to have the blessings he lost it.

In the case of madam Eve she could not wait till the appointed time that God would allow them to eat of the tree but hurriedly ate of it because the devil told her that eating it at that time without waiting for God's time is the best thing that could happen to her as it will make her eyes to be opened and it will make her to be like God.

Like the serpent deceived madam Eve it is also possible that the friends of the prodigal son deceived him too to ask for what can be termed as wishing his father dead maybe they must have told him that if he should wait till his father's death that his elder brother may not give him anything or may not give him as much as the father would have given him and so he dared the ridiculous.

Both cases is all about inordinate desire, in life once you are desperate to get whatever you want by all means and at the moment you cannot escape the serpent. Once you don't know what you have and who you are you cannot escape the serpent and once you cannot wait for the right time to have what you want then expect the serpent as a guest and trust me you won't be better for it at the end of the drama.

I pray for you and with you that you will never loose what you have for what you will never have and may you never loose what is yours due to impatience by the power in the name of Jesus.
