*GOD'S GOODNESS AND MERCY PT5* 

*Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever*. 
*Ps 23:6*.


We have been wondering what made king David to have the kind of mind that he had to the point that there were certain things that he said with audacity as though he has already paid God for it. Was he not a human being like us? So what gave him all that mind to talk in that manner?

It is said that for one to have a lion share that the individual must have a Lions mind, you don't ask for a lion share when you have a chickens mind so i put it to you this day that there are certain things that king David knows or must have known to make him talk like that. Remember that knowledge is power.

Remember that he talked about a shepherd and a sheep and fortunately king David was a shepherd so in a nutshell he knows very well the relationship between a shepherd and a sheep. he was telling us that he knew what to do to enjoy the blessings of God so today we are going to be looking at some things that makes a sheep to enjoy the love and care of the shepherd.

FOLLOW. Every sheep follows the shepherd, no sheep goes another way when the master goes the other side. No sir. Every sheep is a good follower of the shepherd.
*My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow me*. *JN 10:27*.

KNOWS AND HEARS THE VOICE OF THE SHEPHERD. The sheep does not just hear the shepherd but they know his voice. To know voice is as a result of being in the presence of the shepherd constantly and attentive listening. No one hears without listening and no one hears without deliberate effort to listen.
*My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow me*. *JN 10:27*.

Are you a sheep? Do you know the voice of your shepherd? Are you following the shepherd or you are following yourself? The Lord is only the shepherd of the sheep that are His. He is not the shepherd of all the sheep, no sir but the ones that are His. As there are so many sheep so also there are so many shepherds.

I pray for you and with you that the Lord will cause you to have the kind of breakthrough that will shock you and silence your mockers in this year by the power in the name of Jesus.
