*GOD'S GOODNESS AND MEECY PT2* 

*Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever*. 
*Ps 23:6*.

It obvious that king David was convinced of what he was saying as he started by saying "surely". Surely is a statement of fact, he was convinced beyond reasonable doubt that if he makes the Lord his shepherd that the only things that will continually follow him are God's goodness and mercy.

One thing that is audible to the deaf and visible to the blind about God is God's goodness infact God is goodness personified. The only thing about God is goodness. We are not saying that God has goodness in character but that goodness is His nature. He does not struggle to be good or try to be good. No sir God is goodness Himself.

King David was smart enough to know study God and in his study of God he has come to realize that the moment you see God you see goodness. The goodness of God is so much that it will take eternity to study yet one will not be able to scratch the surface.

Now imagine such a God with such attribute and mixing it up with mercy. To me this is a dimension of God that if one is convinced of it and walks in the light of that conviction the person will live without being troubled of anything. It is a dimension of God that gives satisfaction about the personality of God.

The goodness of God is what causes God to gives all things to enjoy our because it is His nature, it is His goodness that makes Him to give us that which we don't deserve. It is God looking for a place to express Himself and the mercy of God is God not giving us what we deserve and qualifying us where we are not qualified in other for him to pour his goodness on us.

I pray for you and with you that from today that all the good doors that the Lord has opened for you and will open for you will remain opened for you permanently and may no power or human agent be able to close those doors again or use the doors against you in the name of Jesus.
