*CHARACTER BETRAYS PT6* 

*Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said to the woman, "Has God indeed said, 'You shall not eat of every tree of the garden*'?" 
*Gen 3:1*

We have seen how the serpent came to destroy the life and destiny of madam Eve. It was not invited but it came and it came as one coming to show concern to the plight of madam Eve and to give it to madam Eve madam Eve did not complain anything to the serpent yet the serpent still has its way because it has made up its mind to accomplish that purpose.

Remember that the chapter started with "Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made" it tells you and i that the serpent was not the only creature of the creator but it choosed to be so. So anything and anybody can be whatever he or she chooses to be.

The serpent like we said earlier come like one with the interest and welfare of madam Eve at heart and fortunately for it according to its plan it came at a time that oga Adam was out, it came as one coming to be with madam Eve since Mr Adam was not around to be with her, it came as id madam Eve complained about loneliness it came as one with the concern of madam Eve at heart.

It opened a conversation with madam Eve and said to her "Has God indeed said", like we said we said that it asked the question like it didn't know what God has said so that Eve will not ask it why it was asking since it knows already but it pretended not to know. Just that madam Eve was so naive as she was supposed to know that that question was coming from somebody that knows what the Lord has said already.

It opened the conversation by asking "Has God indeed said", in other words it was telling madam Eve that if indeed God has said that you should not eat from this beautiful tree it means that God is wicked, why will he put it here in the first place when He(God) knows that He will not allow you people to enjoy it. Why will He not allow you people to enjoy it when He does not need it? And why will he be so reserved as not to tell you people the reason behind you not eating from the tree? Are you not sure that God is hiding something from you people?

I pray for you and with you that in whatever good project that you will or have started in this year that you receive grace now not only to finish it but to finish it in record time by the power in the name of Jesus
