*CHRIST IS THE REASON FOR THE SEASON PT15*

*Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel*. 
*Is 7:14*.

We are still looking at what a sign is all about and why God choose to give us a sign and we said that the reason why God asked Ahaz for a sign was probably so that Ahaz(man) will never claim ignorant of what God was about to do or is doing and secondly that probably God wants the sign to be of mans standard and not God's standard.

Having said all that let us remind ourselves about what we said about sign that a sign is a pointer to something outside the sign, now God Himself giving us a sign what could be the reason or reasons for such?

That a virgin will conceive and bear a son which humanly speaking is impossible is a sign that God is giving you and i, that though our salvation may seem impossible because of the enormity of our disobedience to God but that there is nothing that God's love cannot achieve for us even to the point of giving His only begotten son.

In other words this sign is a pointer that our salvation is guaranteed if and only if we follow the sign(Jesus) as that is the only way to get that salvation.
*Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near*." *Lk 21:28*.
*Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, "I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life*." *Jn 8:12*.

I pray for you and with you that God will send His Angels to lead you and members of your family all through this year and lead you gloriously into the next year in peace and prosperity by the power in the name of Jesus.
