*YOU NEED REST PT21*

*Thus the heavens and the earth, and all the host of them, were finished. And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done. Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made*.

I believe that by now you will be rejoicing with kind of revelation that God is giving you and i and i strongly believe too that with this we will be more determined to seek God and not just seek God but with all that we have, to him be the glory now and forever. Amen.

Yesterday we talked about how David knew his God and how he proved that he knew his God by the things we see him say and do in his life time and today we will continue to see more by the grace of God.

I have come to realise and understand that to love God is not to run away from sin. Yes you heard me right. To love God is not to run away from sin. The truth of the matter is that if you truly love God, the desire to sin naturally dies in your life.

To love God is superior to sin. To love God is to hate evil. To love God is to disassociate yourself from anything that will make you to offend God.

Let me ask you this simple question. Do you offend the one you love? Even when you by mistake or human weakness offend the one you love the sense of betrayal will not allow such a person to have peace until he or she have made amend and have asked for forgiveness.

Remember that we said that we seek God because we love him and we cannot be seeking him because we love him and at the same time have the mind or the intention to offend him. So my submission is that when we love God that love will help us to run away from sin knowing full well that sin will make us to run away from God like Adam did.

To know how much David hate sin because he loved God i recommend that you read ps 51 to know and see how he was crying for offending God because God is too good to be offended. Remember that your struggle to avoid sin is as a result of you not loving God enough 

I pray for you and with you that the spirit of God will fall again in your life to vitalise whatever that is not working or not working well in your life by the power in the name of Jesus.
