*YOU NEED REST PT19*

*Thus the heavens and the earth, and all the host of them, were finished. And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done. Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made*. 
*Gen 2:1-3*.

By the grace of God we are making progress and are not unaware that this is the finger of our God that does wonders without number. To Him be glory both now and forever in Jesus name.

We have so far consulted prophet Jeremiah and prophet Isaiah so far in our quest to know and ro understand the hows and the reasons to seek God and having heard from them we want to proceed to ask our dear father king david.and he has this to tell us.
*O God, You are my God; Early will I seek you; My soul thirsts for You; My flesh longs for You In a dry and thirsty land Where there is no water*. *Ps 63:1*.

From what king David told us he started by telling us that God is his God as you can see he called God twice before making his point. My point here is the emphasis he made in addressing God not just God but my God.

By reason of that emphasis he was acknowledging the supremacy of God and especially expressing how convinced he was that God is his God that is to say that he has no other god but God. Others may not know this God but nothing can convince him otherwise about God.

Another thing here is that he never waited to be fifty years before he started seeking God. He never waited to enjoy sin like many of so before he started seeking God. He started seeking God at an early age. He was not waiting to be pushed but made up his mind for God and God alone.

He Prioritised God. He had God first mentality. The place of God in his life which is nothing but first position was not negotiable as long as king David was concerned no wonder God called him "David my servant"

As long as David is concerned what happens around him does not and will not by any means determine when and how he seek God. He sought for God in and out of season.

I pray for you and with you that God will give you a result that will cancel every insult causes by delay and others in your life by the power in the name of Jesus.

*COUNSEL*. Don't ever give up on your faith and never loose hope and be fervent in prayers and praise knowing that God, your father loves you specially and will never leave you nor forsake you.
