*YOU NEED REST PT15*

*Thus the heavens and the earth, and all the host of them, were finished. And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done. Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made*. 
*Gen 2:1-3*.

We have been dealing with seeking God and why we need to seek him and God helping us we have come a long way in that regard so to Him who is able to do and over do be glory and praise in Jesus name.

In our last episode we said that one of the reasons why we need to seek God is to express our undiluted love to this wonderful God and today by the grace of God we will be seeing the ways to express this love to God.

One of the ways to show that we love God is to serve him. Serving entails doing what God would have done were He to be physically present. It means reaching out to the needy and the desolate amoungst us.

Another way that we show that we love God is to keep his commandments.
Jesus said simply, "*If you love me, keep my commandments*". *John 14:15* and He went ahead to let us know that His commandments are not burdensome. That is that it is not difficult to bear. So keeping God's commandments is not a burden and cannot be a burden to us.

Loving God means being close to Him, enjoying intimacy with Him, unlike Adam that ran away from God this time loving God means coming closer to him by all means possible.

I pray for you and with you that as you walk with God and enjoy intimacy with Him that you will not have cause to regret ever coming close to God and that whatever you seek in His presence you will find in Jesus name Amen.

*COUNSEL*. Don't ever give up on your faith and never loose hope and be fervent in prayers and praise knowing that God, your father loves you specially and will never leave you nor forsake you.

LET US PRAY* *HE HAS RISEN* *Then, as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, "Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen! Remember how He spoke to you when He was still in Galilee*, *Lk 24:5-6*. Jesus conquered sin. He conquered the grave.
