*YOU NEED REST PT8*

*Thus the heavens and the earth, and all the host of them, were finished. And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done. Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made*. 
*Gen 2:1-3*.

Thank God for the journey thus far in our reflection on why God sanctified and blessed the seventh day and i believe that you will agree with me that God really knew what would happen and then prepared in advance.

The Bible talked about God not just blessing and sanctifying the seventh day but that he also rested. You and i know what it means to rest. The Bible added that he rested after He had done all that He needed to do.

You and i know that God is more than a father to us and you and i also know that the best time to talk to your father is when He is resting. When He had done all that he needed to do so that he WI have time to listen to you.

God blessed and sanctified and blessed the seventh day because He desired it to be His day. A day that He can sit down without nothing to worry about since he has done all that He needed to do so as to have adequate time for His children.

Unfortunately many of us don't even have time to be with God. Many of us like Adam and Eve are hiding sometimes due to sin while others have been tricked by the devil to believe that they don't have time while many still see themselves as not worthy to be in His presence. and the worst is that they don't want to do anything to qualify them.

While God is making sure on his part not minding His personality and divinity couple with His ranking as the creator to be with his creation man on his part is running further from this so good and loving God. What an irony of life.

I pray for you and with you that God will not allow us to value what we should not value and and not value what we should value in Jesus name.

*COUNSEL*. Don't ever give up on your faith and never loose hope and be fervent in prayers and praise knowing that God, your father loves you specially and will never leave you nor forsake you.
