*YOU NEED REST PT4*

*Thus the heavens and the earth, and all the host of them, were finished. And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done. Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made*. *Gen 2:1-3*.

I want to thank God that we are making progress in this our walk with Him and by divine inspiration we have been led to add "digging deep" to enable us on our own to have a pattern or a plan for studying God's word. As you follow, meditate, read the scriptures and share to individuals and groups may heaven grant your heart desires in Jesus name.

When God gave us a commandment that we should honour the seventh day we said that apart from the fact that we have said that to honour the seventh day is a means of rejuvenating us it is also a sign of obedience to God.

No matter what you do for God, if you don't obey him whatever you do is questionable. How do you worship the God that you don't obey? How do you sacrifice to the God that you don't obey? Infact how do you claim to love the God that you don't obey?

For God to say that we should keep the seventh day holy, "E get why" and the reason for doing so is not to increase God or to make Him more godly but for the good of you and i.

The revelation to us to keep the seventh day holy is nothing but a privilege given to you and i and what do you think that makes you? so special for this singular privilege and honour?

The only thing that makes you and i so special for this singular privilege and honour is that God loves you and i specially and we in our own turn must as a matter of necessity try to reciprocate this singular honour and privilege by obeying God by keeping His commandment.

I pray for you and with you that as you obey this command that the Spirit of the living God will find expression in your life in the name of Jesus.

*COUNSEL*. Don't ever give up on your faith and never loose hope and be fervent in prayers and praise knowing that God, your father loves you specially and will never leave you nor forsake you.
