*YOU NEED REST PT14*

*Thus the heavens and the earth, and all the host of them, were finished. And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done. Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made*.

We have been talking of seeking the Lord and why we should seek the Lord and the benefits of seeking the loband today we will continue to do that because the Lord is interested in us seeking Him hence he made it a command for us to seek Him.

Today we will continue to see how we can seek the Lord and find him because apart from seeking with diligence which we discussed already there are other reasons why we must seek the Lord and i believe that after now that if you have not been seeking Him well that you will start seeking Him well after seeing these hows and whys to seek Him.

*But from there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul*. *Deut 4:29*.

To seek the Lord with all your heart and all your soul indeed is to seek him with conscious and deliberate effort. Seeking Him with the intention that you know what you are doing and that you are not under compulsion to do so and that you are not doing it to please any man or even self.

Seeking God with all our mind is also to constantly set our minds toward God in all our experiences, to direct our minds and hearts toward him through the means of his revelation.

Another way of seeking the Lord with all our mind is to make deliberate efforts to have quiet time with Him. Set aside a quiet time when you can be with God and Him alone to hear him and to commune with him through prayer and meditation.

Seeking the Lord with all your mind also entails thoughtful going through the word of Scriptures. Reading the word of God, believing what you read and putting what you read into practice.

I pray for you and with you that the God that cancelled the debt of the wife of the prophet and made her have more than enough will visit you and cancel everyone of your debts and make you not just free from debts but to have more than enough henceforth in Jesus name
