*YOU ARE UNIQUE PT4*

*Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth*." 
*Gen 1:26*.

Yesterday we painted a picture of God as a father with a massive investment hoping that his son will grow and take over the business having invested much in the child to be able to take over the business but unfortunately instead of the child to grow(be like God) the business he decided to destroy it(sin)

Today we will be painting another picture of man disappointing God in not ever wanting to be like God in holiness and righteousness.

Another picture that i want to paint is about humans. Imagine you having a son and you are proud of this son but only to discover that the more your own son, i mean your very own son grows that more he looks like an ape.

And instead of this son trying to look like human he is busy doing things(sin) that will make him look more like an ape and the more he does that the more ape like he becomes and all efforts to make him return to normal becomes an exercise in vain.

The worst of it is that it is not enough that he looks like an ape or that he is doing things(sin) that makes him look like an ape but that he is happy becoming like an ape on daily basis making his condition irredeemable.

Man instead of enjoying the comfort of the garden of Eden(righteousness) decided to move out of the garden by reason of his own free will (sin)

There is a difference between God's own garden( garden of Eden) and man chosen garden(rebellion,sin). While man pretends to be happy and satisfied in his own garden(sin and rebellion) he knows not that all that is but a bait by the devil to keep him in that garden (sin and rebellion) so as not to return to his inheritance (glory).

Can you imagine the devastating effects of sin? Sin simply means "Satan inspired nature" so you can not carry Satan inspired nature and expect to live in the place of God(Eden) because sin stinks and sin sinks.

I pray for you that the God that does wonders without number will visit you and not just do wonders in your life but make your life a wonder to all in Jesus name.
