*BEGIN WITH GOD PT25*

*Then God made two great lights: the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night. He made the stars also. God set them in the firmament of the heavens to give light on the earth*. 
*Gen 1:16-17*.

We have seen so many things that the heavenly bodies did not do that made them to put up their best and today we will continue to see as the spirit of God continues to lead and inspire us in Jesus name Amen.

COMPLAINTS. Do you remember the parable of the stewards that was entrusted with the talents? The one given one talent refused to trade his talent because he was not giving the same amount with others. The moon and the stars did not complain about the sun shining more than they.

The moon did not complain of over shinning while others are not shinning fully. The sun did not complain of giving light to both the moon and the stars rather it was busy encouraging them hence when the moon starts shinning the sun continues to encourage it until it get to it's fullness.

The moon and the stars did not conspire to spoil the shinning of the the sun. They did not decide to leave the heavenly just to be wicked to the sun. The sun did not decide to shine both day and night just to make the moon and stars irrelevant.

THEY VALUED WHAT THEY HAVE. Because the valued what they have what they have then added value to their lives. When you don't value what you have you will loose the value and once you loose that value it becomes valueless and useless.

Are you the reason why somebody is succeeding? Do you think that the success of others will stop yours? Are you a team player or a selfish being? Remember "say na cooperation make rice dull pot"

I pray for you that everything that God created will cooperate with you to make you succeed in life in the name of Jesus.

*OUR BEGINNING OF THE YEAR PROGRAME*.

By way of encouraging ourselves to start the year with God we started a prayer and fasting programme to enable us to wait on God and we outlined the following as a guide.

1. Start with prayer and fasting. It may be for 7, 21 or 40 days with fasting lasting as much as 6:00am to 12:00, 03:00, or 06:00pm.
 
2. Choose the one that will be convinient for you. The most important thing here is consistency and total commitment to do it well and to the glory of God.

3. Make sure that you are not doing it to please any man or under duress or compulsion or as a ritual.

4. Read the bible as much as you can not as a literature but with some level of reflection.

5. Try to go through this reflection daily as it will help in your spiritual growth. And God helping me I will be dropping some prayer point as well.

6. Pray the prayer points and don't just read them please.

It is my earnest desire that we continue to grow in the Lord until we all grow to full maturity in Christ.

*PRAYER POINTS FOR TODAY* (*OUR PROGRAMME TO START THE YEAR*)

1. Lord as i pray now, I put on the spiritual weapons to pull down all strongholds in my life and family in Jesus name.

2. Lord, as i pray now i cast down every imagination in Jesus name.

3. Lord, i as pray now i cast down all principalities and power and every spiritual host of wickedness in high places in Jesus name.

4. Lord, as I pray now i pull down every territorial powers and kingdom fighting me and members of my family in Jesus name.

5. Lord, as i begin to pray now i scatter every reinforcement from their root in Jesus name.

Lord, i receive grace to be separated for you in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit Amen!!!!!!!
