*BEGIN WITH GOD PT23*

*Then God made two great lights: the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night. He made the stars also. God set them in the firmament of the heavens to give light on the earth*. 

*Gen 1:16-17*.

Can you imagine what made this heavenly bodies to so cooperative the way they did. I mean what could have informed their co-existence with ease? Let's find out.

These heavenly bodies does not exist independently, they all exited for the collectively to fulfill purpose as such they all were cooperating among themselves to see that they all succeed together.

There was no competition among them, no one was trying to outshine the other or make other look inferior than they or more important than others.

None of them ever struggle to shine because they were doing exactly what is expected of them not doing others job or being jealous of others and their work.

Their work was easy for them because they were all complimenting each other, they gave each other the necessary assistant whenever and wherever it is needed. The moon cannot shine without the sun and the sun cannot stop shining because the moon needs it.

The moon did not allow the shine of the sun to intimidate it and the star did not allow the shining of the sun and the moon to intimidate it. All of them shined at their pace and capacity so do not allow the success of others to intimidate you. Little by little you will get there.

This world can actually be a better place if we can compliment and cooperate with one another, if we can stop being jealous of one another and if we can compliment each other the world would be a better place for all of us.

I pray for you that you will continue to shine and continue to fulfill purpose in your life in Jesus name Amen.

*OUR BEGINNING OF THE YEAR PROGRAME*.

By way of encouraging ourselves to start the year with God we started a prayer and fasting programme to enable us to wait on God and we outlined the following as a guide.

1. Start with prayer and fasting. It may be for 7, 21 or 40 days with fasting lasting as much as 6:00am to 12:00, 03:00, or 06:00pm.

 

2. Choose the one that will be convinient for you. The most important thing here is consistency and total commitment to do it well and to the glory of God.

3. Make sure that you are not doing it to please any man or under duress or compulsion or as a ritual.

4. Read the bible as much as you can not as a literature but with some level of reflection.

5. Try to go through this reflection daily as it will help in your spiritual growth. And God helping me I will be dropping some prayer point as well.

6. Pray the prayer points and don't just read them please.

It is my earnest desire that we continue to grow in the Lord until we all grow to full maturity in Christ.

*PRAYER POINTS FOR TODAY* (*OUR PROGRAMME TO START THE YEAR*)

1. Lord, deliver me today from every evil pattern from my foundation in Jesus name.

2. O Lord, as you delivered David from the lion, bear and Goliath deliver me from every giants of my life and destiny in Jesus name.

3. Oh Lord, judge every strong man and woman in my life and deliver me totally from their hands in Jesus name.

4. Oh Lord, deliver me from all oppressions and manipulations of the wicked in my p!ace of work/business, the house I live and my family in Jesus name.

5. Oh Father, you are the All Powerful God, show yourself strong and deliver me from those who are too strong for me in Jesus name.
