*FAITH NUGGET*

*BEGIN WITH GOD PT17*

*Then God said, "Let the earth bring forth the living creature according to its kind: cattle and creeping thing and beast of the earth, each according to its kind"; and it was so. And God made the beast of the earth according to its kind, cattle according to its kind, and everything that creeps on the earth according to its kind. And God saw that it was good*.

The other day we were asking prophet Habakkuk about how to plan and he gave us the format, though we looked at it briefly today i want us to go into details about what the prophet is saying concerning beginnings.

*Then the Lord answered me and said: "Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry.* *Hab 2:2-3*

First of all you will notice that prophet Habakkuk did not just start writing for writing sake, no sir, he consulted God and God gave him what he wrote so you can see that the advise of prophet Habakkuk was not from man but divinely inspired and as such it is worth studying with all diligence.

First of all the prophet is telling you and i that for us to say that we have a plan that it must be written down. Sir, write down that plan, don't just assume that you know it by heart all because you thought of it or because you are so intelligent not to forget. No sir, write it down.

The second thing from the prophet says "make it plain" to make it plain is to make it so simple that you can implement it, to make it plain is to write what is achievable not what others are doing, to make it plain is to compel yourself to try to implement it irrespective of the challenges.

Know that everything answers to times and seasons, don't plan what should be done in December in January. Don't put what should be done in March in January. Let it be systematic and progressive that is what the prophet

 is telling you and i.

I pray for you today that any power or kingdoms that are on assignment to empty your life, finance, children, business and carrier in anyway or form as you say Amen may the God of heaven empty them of that power that they want to use to empty you in Jesus name Amen.

*OUR BEGINNING OF THE YEAR PROGRAME*.

By way of encouraging ourselves to start the year with God we started a prayer and fasting programme to enable us to wait on God and we outlined the following as a guide.

1. Start with prayer and fasting. It may be for 7, 21 or 40 days with fasting lasting as much as 6:00am to 12:00, 03:00, or 06:00pm.

 

2. Choose the one that will be convinient for you. The most important thing here is consistency and total commitment to do it well and to the glory of God.

3. Make sure that you are not doing it to please any man or under duress or compulsion or as a ritual.

4. Read the bible as much as you can not as a literature but with some level of reflection.

5. Try to go through this reflection daily as it will help in your spiritual growth. And God helping me I will be dropping some prayer point as well.

6. Pray the prayer points and don't just read them please.

It is my earnest desire that we continue to grow in the Lord until we all grow to full maturity in Christ.

*PRAYER POINTS FOR TODAY* (*OUR PROGRAMME TO START THE YEAR*)

1. Lord as I begin to pray rescue me from the hand of the tyrants of my life and family in Jesus name.

2. Lord save my children and may i not live to see the corpse of my children in Jesus name.

3. Lord, as i begin to pray visit my foundation and uproot all forms of barrenness in my life and family in Jesus name

4. Blood of Jesus, Holy Ghost Fire, purify my foundational sins of idol worship, in Jesus name.

5. Holy Ghost fire, rescue me from the grip of evil dedication, in Jesus name.
