*FAITH NUGGET*

*BEGIN WITH GOD PT17*

*Then God said, "Let the earth bring forth the living creature according to its kind: cattle and creeping thing and beast of the earth, each according to its kind"; and it was so. And God made the beast of the earth according to its kind, cattle according to its kind, and everything that creeps on the earth according to its kind. And God saw that it was good*. 
*Gen 1:4-25*.

We actually have a lot to learn from God if we believe the adage that says "like father like son" God is a perfect "look up to" for anyone that want to succeed in any sphere of life. We have seen God as a planner, we have seen him focused on what He was doing and in whatever He wants to do. Today we will be looking at other qualities of this good and wonderful God. My father and your father. Amen!!!

Today we will be looking at how God got committed in what He was doing to the point that he did not rest until He was done with what He was doing.

Apart from being committed to what He was doing another thing that is worth looking into about God and creation is the very fact that He did all that He did with undying zeal to succeed and zero tolerance to laziness and distraction (when darkness appeared He refused to be distracted).

He was so zealous and passionate about His work to the point that when He was speaking creation into existence he did not mind to take a look to know whether they were there until He was done and the bible said "and God saw"

The greatest enemy of success is past success. Your past success has the capacity to make you relax, your past success has the capacity to make you fell that you have arrived and your past success has the capacity to make you want to take a rest so for you to move forward you must see your past success as a stepping stone to achieve more. Amen!!!

Because of His commitment and zeal, God gave what He created His all, he gave it His best short, He did not spare anything to make sure that they are the best and indeed all of them came out the best. 

I pray for you today that you will live to enjoy the fruit of your labour that you will not work for another to eat. You will not built for another to inhabit and you will not sow for another to harvest in Jesus name Amen.

Happy Sunday beloved and be filled with the glory of God. Peace be with you..

*OUR BEGINNING OF THE YEAR PROGRAME*.

By way of encouraging ourselves to start the year with God we started a prayer and fasting programme to enable us to wait on God and we outlined the following as a guide.

1. Start with prayer and fasting. It may be for 7, 21 or 40 days with fasting lasting as much as 6:00am to 12:00, 03:00, or 06:00pm.
 
2. Choose the one that will be convinient for you. The most important thing here is consistency and total commitment to do it well and to the glory of God.

3. Make sure that you are not doing it to please any man or under duress or compulsion or as a ritual.

4. Read the bible as much as you can not as a literature but with some level of reflection.

5. Try to go through this reflection daily as it will help in your spiritual growth. And God helping me I will be dropping some prayer point as well.

6. Pray the prayer points and don't just read them please.

It is my earnest desire that we continue to grow in the Lord until we all grow to full maturity in Christ.

*PRAYER POINTS FOR TODAY* (*OUR PROGRAMME TO START THE YEAR*)

1. Lord as I begin to pray rescue me from the hand of the tyrants of my life and family in Jesus name.

2. Lord save my children and may i not live to see the corpse of my children in Jesus name.

3. Lord, as i begin to pray visit my foundation and uproot all forms of barrenness in my life and family in Jesus name

4. Blood of Jesus, Holy Ghost Fire, purify my foundational sins of idol worship, in Jesus name.

5. Holy Ghost fire, rescue me from the grip of evil dedication, in Jesus name.

In this year i will succeed and succeed well in Jesus name. Amen!!!!!!!

Once and again dearly beloved we continue to give thanks to the Lord for the great things that He has done and He alone can do especially for the greater things that He will still do for us and members of our families. To Him alone be all the glory both now and forever. LET US PRAY* *HE HAS RISEN* *Then, as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, "Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen!
