*BEGIN WITH GOD PT19*

*Then God said, "Let there be lights in the firmament of the heavens to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs and seasons, and for days and years*;  
*Gen 1:14*.

Yesterday we talked about time and how to maximise time and we saw that from the Acts of God who even though is almighty was very concious of time and maximised same and today we are being presented with the beauty of light and it's funtion.

The light was to divide the day from the night and the bible went ahead to say that it was for times and seasons and the beauty of times and seasons is that it helps us to plan. We are not talking of planning today because we have dealt extensively with that.

Let us take a look at this.
*To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven: A time to be born, And a time to die; A time to plant, And a time to pluck what is planted*. *Ecc 3:1-3*.

What we are looking at now is the time and the season that we are now. I know that you will agree with me that we are in the planting season and the question now is "what are you planting or what have you planted?"

Last year you boosted of what you are going to do and how you intend to make it this year and since the beginning of this year you have been waiting to start and some of us are already boosting of what to do next year thereby still sitting idle this year.

We are in the planting season and if you fail to plant now please don't hope to reap anything and if you are hoping to take what others have planted be ready as well to face the consequences.

Let me conclude this one by saying "do something before something do you"

I pray for you today that the almighty God will give you double for your hussle in this year and may you reap bountifully in all your labour in Jesus name Amen.

*OUR BEGINNING OF THE YEAR PROGRAME*.

By way of encouraging ourselves to start the year with God we started a prayer and fasting programme to enable us to wait on God and we outlined the following as a guide.

1. Start with prayer and fasting. It may be for 7, 21 or 40 days with fasting lasting as much as 6:00am to 12:00, 03:00, or 06:00pm.
 
2. Choose the one that will be convinient for you. The most important thing here is consistency and total commitment to do it well and to the glory of God.

3. Make sure that you are not doing it to please any man or under duress or compulsion or as a ritual.

4. Read the bible as much as you can not as a literature but with some level of reflection.

5. Try to go through this reflection daily as it will help in your spiritual growth. And God helping me I will be dropping some prayer point as well.

6. Pray the prayer points and don't just read them please.

It is my earnest desire that we continue to grow in the Lord until we all grow to full maturity in Christ.

1. Any power using my dream to rob me of my blessings as i pray now catch fire in Jesus name Amen.

2. Any power seeking my consent in my dreams to divert my blessings as i pray now die in the name of Jesus.

3. Any power stealing from me in my dreams what are you waiting for? die in the name of Jesus.

4. Any power attacking my destiny and blessings from the dream expire now in the name of Jesus.

5. Any power frustrating me from pursuing my dream as i pray now i stop you in the name of Jesus.

Lord, i receive the anointing for over flowing blessings now in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit Amen!!!!!!!

Once and again dearly beloved we continue to give thanks to the Lord for the great things that He has done and He alone can do especially for the greater things that He will still do for us and members of our families.
