*BEGIN WITH GOD PT18*

*Then God said, "Let the earth bring forth the living creature according to its kind: cattle and creeping thing and beast of the earth, each according to its kind"; and it was so. And God made the beast of the earth according to its kind, cattle according to its kind, and everything that creeps on the earth according to its kind. And God saw that it was good*.

Yesterday we saw from prophet Habakkuk how to plan and plan well and he gave us the format, we looked at it to an extent and today we will continue from where we stopped yesterday about what the prophet is saying concerning planning.

*Then the Lord answered me and said: "Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry.* *Hab 2:2-3*.

The prophet added that every vision is for an appointment time. Do you remember that God started creation by creating time first? The phrase"in the beginning" speaks of time.and if you go through Genesis chapter one from verses five you begin to hear of the first day and so on.

God maximised time, he was so time conscious that he did not rest until he had finished what he intended to achieve One of the major gifts of God to man is time and the good thing about time is that all of us whether rich or poor. Tall or short, intelligent or dull all of us has equal amount of time allocated to us. Nobody can claim more time than the other and nobody has a monopoly of time it is 24 hrs a day for everybody.

But many of us tend to waste our time and at the same time Blane God for our wastage. One major instrument that the devil has planted in our lives to waste our time is called PROCRASTINATION. Procrastination is when you continue to prospone what you are supposed to do today till another day. 

Another thing is that there will always be tomorrow so one now has enough room to continue to prospone what should be done now till eternity. Why wait till tomorrow when you can do it today?

Today is not given to you to prospone what you would have done today to tomorrow but it is given to you to prepare for a better tomorrow because the prophecy (betterment or worsening) of your tomorrow is dependent on what you are doing today.

I pray for you today that no seed of laziness, procrastination and idleness will grow in your life and that the grace of effectiveness be released upon you now in Jesus name Amen.

*OUR BEGINNING OF THE YEAR PROGRAME*.

By way of encouraging ourselves to start the year with God we started a prayer and fasting programme to enable us to wait on God and we outlined the following as a guide.

1. Start with prayer and fasting. It may be for 7, 21 or 40 days with fasting lasting as much as 6:00am to 12:00, 03:00, or 06:00pm.

 

2. Choose the one that will be convinient for you. The most important thing here is consistency and total commitment to do it well and to the glory of God.

3. Make sure that you are not doing it to please any man or under duress or compulsion or as a ritual.

4. Read the bible as much as you can not as a literature but with some level of reflection.

5. Try to go through this reflection daily as it will help in your spiritual growth. And God helping me I will be dropping some prayer point as well.

6. Pray the prayer points and don't just read them please.

It is my earnest desire that we continue to grow in the Lord until we all grow to full maturity in Christ.

*PRAYER POINTS FOR TODAY* (*OUR PROGRAMME TO START THE YEAR*)

1. Father, as i begin to pray release the power to make wealth upon my life in the name of Jesus.

2. Everyone of my money locked up in the coven as i pray now i recover you all in the name of Jesus.

3. Every foundational powers swallowing my money as i pray now i command you to vomit them now in Jesus name.

4.;Every spirit that makes one to work like an elephant and eat like an ant as I pray now i cast you out of my life and business in Jesus name.

5. Every spirit of financial stagnation as i pray now i banish you to the land of "no return" in Jesus name
