*BEGIN WITH GOD PT15*

*Then God said, "Let the earth bring forth the living creature according to its kind: cattle and creeping thing and beast of the earth, each according to its kind"; and it was so. And God made the beast of the earth according to its kind, cattle according to its kind, and everything that creeps on the earth according to its kind. And God saw that it was good*.

We have been able by the grace of God to establish the fact that planning helps us to remain focused and so we have to take a look at what it takes to be focused or why we need to be focused.

When we talk of being focused we are talking about disciplining our minds and making it to remain towards only what you want to achieve. It means putting all our concentration on what we intend to achieve.

Being focused helps one to be motivated in what he or a she is doing, what am saying is that when you remain focused you tend to achiwtmore and the more you achieve the more you are motivated to achieve more.

This motivation will lead to increase in momentum with that much can be done not with less energy yet the outcome will greatly increase.

It then follows that focused helps one to be persistent in what one is doing and you know that persistence will always break resistance.

Apart from being persistent in what you are doing when you remain focused another thing that one will observe when he remains focused is that the rate of productivity will increase.

Remaining focused helps one to gain control of the situation. It will help one to see more reasons to finish what one has started than looking at ones weakness or why it will not work.

I pray for you today that the God that makes impossible cases possible will visit you and scatter everything than seems impossible in your life and destiny in Jesus name Amen.

*OUR BEGINNING OF THE YEAR PROGRAME*.

By way of encouraging ourselves to start the year with God we started a prayer and fasting programme to enable us to wait on God and we outlined the following as a guide.

1. Start with prayer and fasting. It may be for 7, 21 or 40 days with fasting lasting as much as 6:00am to 12:00, 03:00, or 06:00pm.

 

2. Choose the one that will be convinient for you. The most important thing here is consistency and total commitment to do it well and to the glory of God.

3. Make sure that you are not doing it to please any man or under duress or compulsion or as a ritual.

4. Read the bible as much as you can not as a literature but with some level of reflection.

5. Try to go through this reflection daily as it will help in your spiritual growth. And God helping me I will be dropping some prayer point as well.

6. Pray the prayer points and don't just read them please.

It is my earnest desire that we continue to grow in the Lord until we all grow to full maturity in Christ.

*PRAYER POINTS FOR TODAY* (*OUR PROGRAMME TO START THE YEAR*)

1. Powers in my father's house troubling my life from achieving my glory, die, in Jesus name.

2. O God of Elijah, arise in your power, set me free from hidden covenant of successive worship of idols in my lineage in Jesus name.

3. Evil pronouncement from the idol alter worshipped in my father's house expired in Jesus name.

4. Destructive words from the power house and evil oracles that if I break its covenant I will die, let me go and die by fire, in Jesus name.

5. Every renewal of idol worship in my father's house I separate myself from you in Jesus name.
